Kenny at J.c penny Salon is not very good. He coughed on me a few times while cutting my hair and was extremely rough with my hair scalp and ears. He gave me a bob haircut and it was about 1 1/2 inched different in lengths in the front when he was done. I asked him to please make even and he was rude and said that they will always be uneven because I have a deep side part...??? How does that work?
