Made an appointment. Told Jan I was driving from Portland to Mirage. Arrived on time for this appointment. No one was there. Door was locked. Left voice mail messages and email. No one responded to either. No one called. Website states they are open this day from 9-5. This same thing happened to a friend of mine and we thought it was a one time thing. Apparently, this happens on a regular basis. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!@
