After reading all the reviews for Dr. Sonja's office and staff, there is little I can say that hasn't been said. They are not only professional, knowledgeable and ideal for a dental practice, but they are very caring people as well.
Even when we would call to set a regular appointment, the staff knew who we were and asked us about our lives. They cared for us, both in the big dentist chair and as neighbors. Highly recommended.
Dr. Sonja Sproul and her team are absolutely wonderful! I've always been okay with going to the dentist but I look forward to it now. Dr. Sonja and her team are highly professional, exceptionally skilled, and are very kind and friendly. Sonja Sproul Dentistry isn't like any other practice I've been to or heard of. Not only is there the typical care element one expects from a dentist's office but there is also a VERY high level of customer service, which isn't something I've often experienced in the health/wellness realm. They are very efficient but never seem rushed or in a hurry to finish and send you on your way. I live and work in the Albany/Corvallis area and happily make the trip to River Road in Eugene every 6 months because I know I'm going to receive exceptional care and have a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend Sonja Sproul Dentisty. I can't imagine going to any other dentist.
I have been going to this practice since I was a baby where Dr. Sonja Sproul's father was my dentist. Now Dr. Sonja has picked up the torch with great strides. I enjoy going to the dentist. The dental hygienists are thoughtful and knowledgeable and do a great pain free job. Dr. Sonja makes you feel at home and you can tell cares about her patients. I personally have a lot of questions and she is always attentive and honest.
Our experience with Sonja was one of a kind. We were new to the area and the entire office staff welcomed us with smiling faces. They were extremely thorough, always friendly and quite explanatory - I needed to have two wisdom teeth removed and they walked me through the process, starting with clear expectations beforehand all the way through care after the procedure.
When I was finally able to make an appointment with my hygienist Jackie for a well needed cleaning, she gave me a hug and showed a great deal of concern about my health issue. When Dr. Sproul came for my dental exam, she also showed a great deal of concern about that illness. With as many patients as they have, I wouldn't have thought they would have remembered I was not there because of an illness. I can't begin to say how special that made me feel. If there were Ten Stars, that's how I would rate their office. Not only as an office, but as caring people.
Overall I would highly recommend this dentist for anyone.
