I had a very bad experience with Musgrove. they lied to me and would not return my calls. there thieves that is for sure. I asked for a cremation and they said they could beat the price I was given by someone else so I went there it ended up being $1300 more and they said or Bob Walker said they all cost that much total came to $2105.00 just for a cremation and put in a cardboard box for me to pick up I said I thought it was going to be cheaper he said with all the other expenses and things they do not mention these other company's. then when I found out the real cost no one there would return my calls or return my emails. then after a few months I finally got a hold of him and he said he'd return the money but its for Medicare which is not true the money we used was the money she had in her saving after all her bills we're paid it was freely her money. that was none of his business at all. my mom has a payee who I know is not a thieve. anyway when they send me my moms final paper work they sent me someone else funeral plan which I do not even know who this person is? well I told him to return the money I don't care who gets it as long as it is not him. this place is one place I would not even take my animals. I am not at all happy with there services see we just needed my mom cremated and put in a container to be spread in a special place she wanted her whole life that should not cost someone $2105.00 found out they own Alpha and this only cost $600 through themselves so they are pocketing the extra money.
Even though my Mother was 91 and we knew the end was near you think your prepared for that day when it comes . October 6th 2014 was that day . I already had pre arrangements done for our mother while we were all feeling the emptiness in our hearts our connection with Musgrove was awesome . Our funeral director lets call him Joe.. was always there to answer all questions and also give advise which made all of us very confident that we will be doing it right for our mother. Joe called me many times if he also was not clear on a request we had . the call was to make sure it was done right . Very polite very professional and I recommend him to do all services here . Not only did he start off well with us he also finished strong with him and I know we did send our mother off like a rock star.. Thanks Joe .....your awesome

This business cares nothing for the families, they only interested in making as money as possible from family members left behind. They have compassion for the grief of the family members and only care about how they get. I was able to see my Grandmother after her death before they came and got her and when I asked to see her briefly and say goodbye, I was told I had pay $327 to see her
The people here were awesome! I did not have anyone to help me make the choices I had to make at the hardest time in my life I just lost my roommate,and close friend. Musgrove told me all I needed to know and more to make it easier for me to make those choices, they were patient with me and very kind. Thank you!
