The gentleman who helped me (Nate) was incredibly helpful. I had just finished a long day of moving and was given incorrect information by a different Uhaul location which cost me both money and time. Nate handled the situation incredibly well and made sure I left the establishment more than satisfied even with the initial setbacks. He compensated for the additional cost and let me know he would contact the home office to take care of everything so I could be on my way. I manage several retail stores across the country which makes me appreciate great customer service. I will definitely recommend Uhaul to my associates because of the way this situation was handled.

Yea "8 dollars or more for free wash"...except don't think about trying to do 8 dollars on your card. They have a 10 dollar card limit ("because they don't make any money otherwise") and will rudely remind you. It's happened to me twice.
I took my BMW through your car wash, No soap, Nothing but straight water, No dryer. I went inside the store to see if maybe something was wrong. I was yelled at and told never to come back again. I also was left with a nice scratch across my hood. I was respectful and calm, but yet i was yelled at and told never to return. Horrible customer service and damage to my car.
