5 minutes late to an appt and had to wait 2 hours to get seen. 100% would not recommend.
For the most part gracious and informative. Little hiccups here and there that could be avoided with better attention to details. Usually fixes issues when informed. Scheduling is always tight and unforgiving.But if you show up early, things go smoothly.
I have in general never had a bad experience with PP. The staff went up and beyond for me answering every last question while helping me on 2 seperate occasions. I always leave there feeling more in charge of my body as well as more informed. Thank you for having my back PP! I will say Come Early!!
Got me in and out wit everything I needed in less than 1/2 an hour
I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and they ended up making me wait an hour and a half just to get a shot that takes 5 minutes! Highly recommend the franklin blvd. facility!!!!
