Well the customer service is horrible and they treat me like a peasant every time I come in. And act like it's a chore anybody I see have questions the look on their face is like they smelled literally poop all the time. Also a lot of the information some of them have about stretching ears is not accurate other than pushing for glass to stretch. There's a couple cool ladies there that are really sweet and interested to assist you but the other half obviously hate their job and everybody who goes in probably should work at hot topic instead.
Just about some of the worst products you can buy and employees are pretty rude when it comes down to it, take my advice and find somewhere else to go
