I have had to special order a few pieces of jewelry for my sister's wedding and they were able to get them to me extremely fast and they were perfect.
Very overpriced, but worst of all every time I go in I get categorized by how I look and what I "may" be able to spend and get treated like a criminal by the staff, or I go in and get completely ignored. Worst customer service in town!
I went in to New Twist last week to buy a couple of gifts and had an amazing shopping experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was the most important person in the world. I didn't get the sense that the staff were rushed or that making a sale was their priority. I genuinely felt that they wanted to ensure that I felt valued and taken care of. I had a wonderful time looking at all of the ornaments and merchandise in the store and found the prices to be very reasonable. I'm always impressed by the beautiful and unique items they find for the store. I found myself dawdling after I had completed my purchase because I was having such a nice time in the store and I wasn't ready to go back to all of my responsibilities. Thank you for providing a peaceful, relaxing escape during my busy afternoon.
I have been shopping at New Twist for many many years. They are my go to store for gifts and myself. I don't live in Eugene, but Jodi and the girls will send me pictures of things I am interested in, and they are nothing but AWESOME!!! In fact Jodi has helped me the last couple weeks w/gifts for my boss, friends and my girls. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store and their amazing customer service. As an example, several years back my house was broken into and all my jewelry was taken. Needless to say I was heartbroken...well the ladies @ New Twist started to help me rebuild my jewelry wardrobe, and found pieces that were extra special. I love every single piece of jewelry I have bought from New Twist, but more importantly the employees @ New Twist feels like my family. Love them !!!!!!

I was a little nervous to purchase off their website because I have never ordered jewelry off of a website before, but I was very happy with my purchase. The pictures and descriptions of the pieces were very accurate as well.
Every time I come to Eugene I HAVE to stop by NewTwist. They have a great selection of small artists and everything in their store is handmade!
