I have been to this location twice. The first time we ordered our drinks which came just fine. We ordered an appetizer and about 40 minutes later with our waitress no where to be scene, we decided we had enough and left.
My husband and I stopped in after a Ducks game and were totally impressed. As busy of a day it was we walked in and were seated in 10 minutes. And our waitress was on point. The food was amazing!! The stuffed mushrooms were to die for, and my husband loved the Mediterranean Tacos. I personally loved my Chicken California Club sandwich! The menu has something for everyone and the environment is family friend, we will be bringing the kids next time for sure!
The second time, same thing just not quite as long. When the food finally came out it was cold and rubbery. I have always loved BJ's, but for some reason I am not having much luck at this location. I wish I did because their menu is so tasty!
Looking for a place where you expect the waitstaff at your table within 20 minutes? Or....perhaps you want the chop but is only available after 4pm so you opt for another kind of chop only to be told it's not available until 4pm as well (available anytime per the menu) Well, if that's for you, by all means try to eat here.
Every time I have dined (many, many times) at BJ's has been a very good experience. Not once has there been any delay or issue with the food or the service. It has become one of my favorite spots. The menu is very large, with most dietary needs included. I love the murals on the walls, and the general ambiance of the place. It is conveniently located, and my family loves it, too. I recommend it.
Great place to go, good food, good service and nice atmosphere. Can get real busy and have long wait times but that is expected of a place with good quality. Plan ahead around the prime time hours.
