Heard they were most expensive in town but thought I would get a bid anyway. Didn't even show up for our appointment; didn't even call to let me know. Plenty of other options in this city - don't even bother with this one.
Very poor customer service! I talked to Craig on the phone and arranged a meeting to get an estimate. Craig did not show up to the meeting and never called to explain or cancel. 4 calls later, I still have not heard from him. If this is any indication of his work, I would be very cautious hiring this person/company for any job.
Craig was efficient and perceptive in assessing our house's special needs, and the crew who worked for him was hard working and skillful, with great attention to detail. As well as painting, they did some needed structural repairs, all quickly and competently. We'd give this company highest recommendations.
