Good food. The staff are always pleasant. Due to a constant rush of University customers it is sometimes very difficult to get drinks refilled, etc.
I feel like every time I come here the wait is long. This most recent time we were seated quickly, but we sat at our table for 20 minutes before our server even came to drop off water. From the time we walked in till the time we got our food it was over an hour. The food was good and the staff were friendly and apologetic, but the wait is a huge deterrent.
Decent food, when it's being replenished often enough, but the buffet line is terribly set up. Plates are behind the double line, halfway down the buffet, which leads to people going in three or four different directions in a space where maybe two people could pass. Lunchtimes they're booming, and the pans can lie empty for a while.

Lunch buffet was limited and mild in flavor. The size of the venue certainly hinders the size of the buffet, but one would think there'd be at least one spicy dish available. If you're really hungry and have $10, it'll certainly fill you up, though.
