Really great sometimes and really bad others... Hard to decide on 3 or 4, because I have had some really good food there a lot, then the next day I get something old and slopped together..... If they could get some consistency then it would be 5 stars.... the Jack in the Box restaurants I am used to in other areas are usually horrible, so these guys are doing a lot better
J in the B is my favorite for fast food. This one is a bit tweeky if you go in but the drive thru rocks the W.11th one is horrible wait inside and drive thru. Munchie meals!!!!!!!
The food is mediocre. Would not get again. Dry potatoes with gross cheese on it. It's also a homeless hangout. If that makes you uncomfortable I would avoid. Gave my food to the homeless guy instead.
Places has horrible cleaning of the building. Customer service is the worst part. Not only are they not helpful but they rush you as well. This is one of the few jack in the boxes I don't like. Food is good though.
So I got here at 850pm and got my order out quickly then I paid and ,WOW!!!!! I really had to wait there for 19 minutes for suck a small order and honestly I feel disrespect the way they rush my food out to me after the got it and was,like here you go have a good day, seriously like there was no cars behind me ( it pulled out , prolly due to long waiting.) So they could have took longer already so irk man like come on ........
