Arrived just before 12 when they open. The employee opened promptly at 12 and welcomed the first guests. Was friendly and patient (my first time ordering with them). Loved the pork-on-pork and it was even more incredible with the habanero "sauce" it came with on the side. Well priced and received food quickly (about 10 min).
Excellent food. Although the menu is a lot of variations on the same theme. I got pork on pork and it wasn't as heavy and greasy as I imagined. Quite delicious.
Love the burgers...can they get bigger? Or stuffed? Or wrapped in prosciutto?
The sandwich food truck. Good sandwiches, they will also serve the food to Ninkasu over the road, which makes a nice combo.
