He denied it, and proceeded to tell me we were never aloud back in the camp grounds.
My only complaint is the WiFi was extremely intermittent even though my site was close to the office. Regardless, I'll be back!
He said no and to just pack it up, I expressed how much we appreciated the park and enjoyed staying, thanked him and left.
Feeling that it wasn't right I took my daughter who was still in tears to the office.
Nice campground friendly staff, except the owners daughters husband, who does all the caretaking work, stayed for 4 days and tried to extend another week, was told that no space was available, only 3 days so I took it, on the final day I went to check for possible cancelations, was told no again, I was sure I was going to be late checking out and needed 1 more night to pack up. So I start to pack me family of four. 11am rolls around, I'm vigorously packing up camp, watching 6 of the neighbor kids including the two I am responsible for, undo everything behind me and here comes the manager, "your packing up right" . I told him "Yes sir packing up as fast as I can" he nods and walks off. Now I knew I was going to be late checking out. I continued to jam every thing we had after a full week of rain in our truck and camper. 3:57 rolls around, manager approaches, "What the hell is taking you so long!!?" At this point I'm shocked, I don't know what to think, "I'm sorry I am trying my hardest to get it packed up, there's a lot going on around my camp."
At that point I knew we were being discrimated against, for what?? Having children? Having an older rig? Still not sure but it must be nice to turn away business at a whim.
Good park. Nice paved sites, many sites appear to be satellite friendly, very conveniently located, the property appears to be aged but kept spotless, and is competitively priced. Sites are too close together, wifi is marginal (we were right by the office so we should have had good wifi.) Very satisfactory for a short stay.
My daughter immediately starts balling uncontralby, she had made very good friends, we felt comfortable and safe there, we were even going to upgrade to a travel trailer to possibly rent monthly as we were are relocating from Las Vegas.
Great helpful staff. Well kept grounds. Quiet. Nice place to stay!

Mr manager Lester says "I have people waiting for this spot! Your holding up the line" I apologize 1 more time and told him I had seen a post it note up front saying late check out at 4 ok.
"I wanted to come apologize, I'm not sure how the situation escalated so quickly but I would be more than happy to pay a pro-rated amount for my over time and also pay for the people who had to wait"

I have worked in customer service for 15 years and that was the worst display of customer service I had ever experienced or sen in my life.
They have multiple hook up options from full to none and even seasonal camping; prices are different for what option you need. There is a playground for kiddos and a small off leash dog area. Close access to the interstate as well.
I enjoy staying at this camp ground. Their facilities are always clean and it is very convenient to have the laundry, bathrooms and showers, and the office so close together. Spaces are close together but it's an RV park, so that's expected.
Upon leaving out of curiosity I checked the front for open spots.
The lots were sized well with exception to the 'yard' spacing. Literally
OH well.. There's plenty of other parks to park my rig. Here's the picture of the empty spot someone was going to be arriving in "20 minutes" two hours later and the open slots at the front.
Turned around and stormed off to the office.
This is close to the Interstate and Camping World should you have repairs or want to stop by for items.
