This is a great place to come to for quality sporting goods and clothing for the whole family and for any activity. They have everything. This is a regular stop for our family.
I don't know about them I bought a 12 ounce CO2 container had paint Palace fill it and it wouldn't hold the CO2 took it back and got my money and went to paint Palace and bought one from them which was already filled
Usually quiet and empty, so there are plenty of employees available to help. Nice selection, good sales. Spacious
Nice sporting goods store. Good selection of the gear they have. Seems less expensive and more friendly than cabelas. The staff seems more knowledgeable as well.
Third visit into this store in the last 2 months to outfit my children for soccer and softball and definitely my last. First 2 experiences were less then desirable due to the inability to get any sort of assistance or direction other than the pointing of the finger and "it's over there". Third and final trip I found myself so frustrated over the lack of assistance and knowledge I found myself asking for the manager to give her some insight into my experience and several other customers that were dealing with the same lack of customer support at the same time as me. The store only had a hand full of customers yet their Associates spent more energy hiding and looking busy than trying to provide a positive memorable customer experience. The other customers ended up waving their white flag and walking out but not before suggesting to me an alternate store where I could go to get some customer service. The alleged manager made me feel crazy about my experience because she allegedly had never heard a complaint about their service before, obviously she is not required to read or track her store's online reviews. I was also told by her that she didn't have a boss, revenue was at a record high and so was traffic so I must be out of line for sharing my experience with her, plus she seemed to find it humorous. Unfortunately this is by far the closet sporting goods store to me but by no means the only one in town.
