It's way too expensive for ordinary items. But they have great gourmet food. The bakery is wonderful. The cheese lasagna is to die for.
TERRIBLE customer service. Melted & refrozen ice cream. Staff that doesn't know how to work their cash register. "Management" that doesn't understand how to scan a coupon. Every time I go to give them another chance they give me a reason to never go back. Also extremely overpriced!
I ordered a birthday cake for my son's 3rd birthday on a Tuesday. I requested it be Paw Patrol theme and the lady taking my order said that one of the decorators was very familiar with that show and could confidently make a Paw Patrol cake. I was told it would be ready by 10am on Saturday before my son's party. I showed up just after 10am on Saturday morning and was told they still needed time to finish the cake and that I needed to wait at least 20 more minutes. I was annoyed, but left and came back 40 minutes later. Not only was the cake nowhere close to Paw Patrol themed, but when I asked about it, the girl told me that they don't do themed cakes. Why would you tell me that you could do something that your bakery doesn't do?? It was a basic cake with simple paw prints on it and looked like something you'd make if you were throwing a party for your dog! And as simple as it was, I can't believe they needed MORE time to make! I had to use some paw patrol toys I bought for the party to embellish the cake and make it actually look like it was supposed to be for Paw Patrol party. I would not have paid for the cake had I not needed a cake that same day! I will not be going to them for my future cakes ever again!
I don't care how liberal, natural, or gourmet you claim to be but the bathrooms are an indicative of Cleanliness. I'm almost positive the people handling your well thought out salad bar are using the same bathrooms as the ones I saw with build up.
This store is always clean. The employees are typically eager to help with any questions. Prices are a bit higher than at Fred Meyer or other local grocery stores, and the selection is somewhat limited in comparison, but they have all of my family's favorites when it comes to dairy, beverages, bulk grains, and produce. I shop here once a week and I've never had a bad experience.
