My husband and myself are both former UO Alumni. I called the Registrar office today to ask for help requesting a transcript for my husband, and I spoke to both Michelle and Bonnie. They were both extremely unhelpful and rude. Apparently you do not need to have any customer service skills to work in this department. Not only were both of them (talked to each on a separate phone call at a different time) short with me, but neither of these women offered any suggestions and alternative ways for me to get the help I was searching for. I have previously worked many years as a customer service representative and have never experienced such unkind and distasteful representation. I hope someone does a work review on both of your jobs before anyone else has to go through the headache of talking to either of you.
Tina Hammock, the Graduation Specialist has been very helpful. She has helped me organize my documents from the University of Oregon in order to apply to schools abroad.
