Sean (sp?) was an incredible server, but I think he said he was also the manager. Prompt, friendly, and efficient. My family and I came here on a whim after not coming in for a couple of years after a not so great experience, and were impressed by his menu knowledge when we asked questions and he made great suggestions. The food was excellent and came out quickly. We'll definitely be coming back. He is an asset to your restaurant! Thank you!!!
Pretty big fumble. Solid recovery.
So we're in on thanksgiving and I'm already inclined to be sympathetic to the servers who are working on a holiday. We're seated pretty quickly even though it's busy. Our drinks arrive quickly, our order is taken. Then nothing. We wait about 30 minutes until a second server checks on us. Turns out our first server is new, didn't put in our order and had left for the day. Second server comes back with a manager who apologizes and tells us our meal is on the house. Everything after that is awesome. Food is good and out quick, second server is super professional.
The Best Waitress we've ever had. Nikki, She made sure I got exactly what I ordered. (She helped me figure it out) When you can't eat gluten, milk, cheese or eggs eating at a restaurant is not usually an option for me. The Cook made it to order and had the best flavor too. Thank you☺
Customer service was friendly. The new cook messed up a lot. But if he is new... I understand cooking under pressure sucks.
Fruity chicken salad... Didn't have all of the ingredients listed on the menu. The manager didn't put ice in our waters. And two slices of bacon cost 2.39? That's almost as much as a whole pack from Fred Mayer's.
I ordered the fruity chicken salad. But replaced the chicken with a steak. It came back so well done it didn't seem edible. Much like eating a tire.
My partner ordered a French toast breakfast meal. Got a waffle one.
Worst experience at a Sharis ever! Waited 10 minutes to be seated, we were the only ones waiting and only 2 of us, then another 10 minutes waiting for the waitress to come take our DRINK orders, mind you it was fairly late at night and they were not very busy AT ALL. The food was wonderful! The waitress was rude and not responsive! Then there’s the manager who is a complete DICK! The coffee was very watered down so we kindly asked for a different pot, he then argued with us saying it wasn’t watered down and that it was fine nothing was wrong with it etc, all we asked for was for a new pot to be brought to the table and he continued to argue with us, finally brought us new CUPS of coffee instead of a pot and preceded to tell us it was from the same pot, it very clearly was not as he had taken our pot because we had poured it into our cups to show him how watered down it was as he was arguing with us. WE WILL NOT BE DINING HERE AGAIN. sorry to the waitress who lost her tip because she didn’t know how to be KIND to her customers and prompt,
