Been sitting here for an hour. We rented 2 26 ft trucks already paid for and there are not any here and are not able to help me break even and bounced us back and forth. The dark guy with an accent is also a dick! NEVER AGAIN
Beware they do not rent with payment of a debit card. Have to have a major credit card. I booked online from Phx a week ahead. Flew in took a 25$ cab ride cause the price was half of rentals at the airport. And was denied because I don't have a major credit card. 25$ cab ride back to the airport to try and find a rental car. This blows. EFF YOU GUYS THERE SHOULD BE A WARNING ON YOUR REGISTRATION FOR A RESERVATION. I can't believe I'm stranded in a foreign place with no vehicle when I made plans. This place sucks ass!! Eff you guys!!
I would give zero stars if I could! I rented a car from June 22 to July 4th, everything went smoothly at first. They owed me money for turning it in a day early and also because they took out more than need for the extra day. They said I would be reembursed. Of course I wasn't so I called them and the national call service for budget screwed me out of all of money. They don't want to give it back. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will be taking this further. I know it's only like 80 bucks that y'all owe me but I'm a disabled veteran on limited income at the moment. Stop screwing people over budget!
Reserved a car about 2 weeks ahead of the date online. Got there 15 minutes after our reserved car time (5pm), which happened to be when they closed. (Our mistake, we didn't see they closed at 5 and our pick up time was 5.) I was a little bummed I did not receive a call letting me know they were closing when I missed the initial check out time. We went in the very first thing the next morning and everything seemed fine, we got an "upgrade" which was nice until we realized that it was a tiny sports car and we needed a sedan. After getting back in line we were told there was nothing else available. I'm thinking that's why we got the upgraded car in the first place. We have passengers that cannot fit now and have to have them rent their own car at another place. I'm understanding of mistakes, but the employees were not the most helpful. Definitely not renting at this company again.
Other than having to wait an extra 3 hours for my car . The service was great .
