As a former employee of AE, this store makes me extremely sad and disappointed. There's always an icy cold vibe when you walk in here and the employees never greet you or offer to help, or even say hi as your shopping. Not to mention if you ask for assistance in finding something they act like it's a really big hassle. I would rather order online and avoid the store all together or shop elsewhere.
I have to say that although I ordered some jeans online and had some size issues (ordered regular length and had them arrive near extra long length), the exchange process was awesome and all the ladies here were super helpful. Had to exchange my regular length jeans for short length and they ended up being too short, so I had to re-exchange them again and they could not have been more helpful! More than willing to spend as much time as it took to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!!!
