I went to this store to pick up an order online. My order was there, but they wouldn't let me have it. Instead they searched for 30 minutes for the form they needed me to sign first. Neither clerk knew how to handle online orders, which is part of their job. Additionally, one clerk repeatedly complained about how bad her day was, and how this order was making it worse. Clearly my purchases at Catherines were a huge inconvenience for the staff, and I won't bother to inconvenience them further by shopping there in the future.
I love this store. They have so many new items. Great fit. I saw the review from six years ago. Couldn't be more wrong. Maybe she had someone in training? Who knows. I find the Staff there is great., knows how to fit you and is honest with how my purchases look on me. I will shop there all the time.
