Thanks for causing me to have an anxiety attack in your store. Management: if you treat your workers like teenagers, they will act like teenagers. The workers were throwing my stuff at each other and flirting. They we'rent informing people if they were done cataloging, they rolled their eyes at me constantly. I won't be attending a Plato's Closet ever again. They also didn't tell me why they did and didn't take certain items. Please don't go to this store, there are better options that will make you more money.
You don't give very much for buying clothes. Very poor customer service most of your employees are rude and not polite at all. Prices are high.
Have visited twice and found the place well stocked, clean and the staff helpful. Their prices are a bit high but if you catch a sale, then totally worth checking in on occasion. Beware, clearance is mixed in so that rack you see at the front is not all clearance. Tags reflect what's what. Happy Shopping!
My three stars come from selection, store cleanliness, and deals. I prefer to go here over a thrift store because I have to sift less. Two star deduction for terrible staff, for the most part.
