I do wish the store kept a larger stock and was better organized. I know it isn't the store's fault, but it would be nice to have more sizes available and easy to find. I know they over the free shipping, but sometimes you just want immediate gratification.

Traveled from out of town and decided to go to Victoria Secret. The young girl decided to charge me 5 cents for a bag. Did she really think I was going to walk out of the store with lingerie in my hand. She then states that "ALL" stores in Eugene charge for a bag. I find this to be untrue. Later that day I went to Nordstroms Rack and guess what? They don't charge their customers for a bag.
As a man who likes to wear lingerie i love that they allow me to try things on before i buy. The girls are all super helpful
As far as Victoria's Secret itself goes, the customer service isn't the absolute best, but if I do need help and go to find someone, they usually are fairly helpful. I've also never had a problem trying to use the coupons I receive in the mail.
I'm crying at the review for the bag. Seriously, people are ridiculously stupid sometimes. Yes, the city of Eugene has a bag tax. It's five cents. Companies can get fined for not complying. No one lied to you. Sorry. I'm sure you were having an awful day and wanted to take it out on some random girl who has NO CONTROL OVER THE CITY BAG TAX. Most locals are accepting of this, or they bring their own bag. A win-win.
The one star rating is because she gave false information, overall it was a lie. The biggest pet peeve of mine is when companies lie to the consumer. If you lie about the little things (afterall it was only 5 cents) than what else would you lie about? This transaction took place on 7/27/17.
Worst experience ever. Drove across town when I received an email about a special of 8 panties for $27.50 with Angel card. I got the panties thinking I could pay my card off using a gift card I received. I wasn't allowed. Money is money. It should be excepted. None the less I was forced to return them and a waisted trip was made.
