I'd say they did an excellent job. One employee was kind of a dick. Bashing on my tattoos because he supposedly is a tattoo artist and will refuse anybody who asks for trees on their forearm. Quit judging people. You say you wanna be unique and be different from everyone. Take that nose piercing out of your face then if you're so unique and different from everyone.
My sons and i like to shop here, they are new to skateboarding and enjoy the atmosphere here. Manager Robert is great, our favorite! Keep up the great work

Surprised to see another review on here about some employee bashing tattoos. Ive gone into dozens of zumies stores across the west coast and never have i been insulted by an employee.. until i came into this one. Gotta say the rest of the crew was cool and welcoming (I remember chatting skate boards with a guys named Robert) until we went to check out, the checker calls me out on my half sleeve immediately. but follow up with a compliment shortly after. The dude says he does tatts on the side and is sick of seeing the same old northwest style tattoos. well guy.. no one asked for you opinion or you dickish attitude. I hope the management sees this and has a good chat with all the employees to never insult a CUSTOMER.
