I am actually very disappointed with Jon Don, company who recommended me to this financial institution. I don't understand how Jon Don such a great company where I buy all my supply do business with a company like this. Shameful
Managing your account with this company is a night matter. Customer service representatives don't know any information and when you get forward to the "right department" they don't have your account information, they will ask you to provided. In addition the attitude of the people responsible for managing the account are not professional at all. They will make personal comments about your financial situation.
Will I ever use this institution to finance future equipment? no
Will I recommend this company to other small business? No, there are better companies out there who will provide you will all detail information about your account without making you feel like they are doing you a favor specially when they interest for a 60 month loan is more than 4k.
