This mail receiving place is really great. The main employee is friendly and efficient. I strongly suspect that the negative reviews for this business may be partially due to great effort made by only one individual. The writing styles are eerily similar on some of those reviews. Anyway, I travel full time and use this place to get my mail and packages. They sign for my packages and hold them until I come to collect them. They will hold my mail or forward it for me. Also, the clerk is so welcoming to me, again and again, I enjoy walking into that place.
I've been going to this establishment for a couple years now dropping off packages for my business. I often bring heavy packages. I was asked to bring them around the back so they didn't have to handle them. Fair enough. Then I'm told we are bringing too many and should just call UPS for a pick up. Then due to security reasons we can't bring them to the back any more. Now, they are setting a 70 lb limit. "I'm not going to break my back for a package I'm not making any money on". Seems like it's part of the deal for being an authorized drop off location, especially when I've made every effort for them to not even to have to handle the package.
It's pretty bad for business if your employees are yelling and cursing at costumers and in front of children this is a horrible postal office and they need to train their employees right
Have had a PMB here for 2+ years, never any issues. Always friendly service!
This is a bad place to go. The man that manages this place is very rude. He doesn't give refunds when you have the receipt. He just says "I did my job". Do whatever you can to go somewhere else. PLEASE!!
