We are two years later and he hasn't even come back to finish what he started. I'm guessing we are going to have to pay someone else if we can ever afford it.
The owner contacted me immediately after I requested an estimate on MagicService. And he did come in to talk to me and measure the bathroom. I left an email account so that he can send the bid. After one month, no bid came through email. So I phoned him, and he said that he will email me right back. I waited another week, still nothing. So I phoned him again, and he said again he will email. Another week passed, I got tired of this, so I asked if we can meet to go over the bid. He agreed promptly on a time. Yet he didn't show up on that day. So I called him asking why. He said he will come over. Yet, no show. This is just the estimate stage. If a person can tell white lies and always play "no show", how can I trust him if he actually do the work. Not recommend him at all. Be very wary of this contractor if you don't want to waste your time and get frustrated!
Somethings never change, even after 6 years! Fingers crossed that someday our project will get done.
