At this point, I don't know if I like the cut and I don't think I would go back to her if I didn't, she would probably just argue with me.
Decent place, stylists just sit around and talk when they don't have clients. My mom went here for her wedding hairdo, stylist was nice enough, seemed a bit green.
I did a groupon with Candice for my hair. she recommended a balayage color because I don't get into the salon every 6-8 weeks. It looks wonderful, and I know with my busy schedule I won't have to worry about my hair looking the way it did when I came in. She took the time to show me products and easy ways to manage my thin hair. Not only was she a complete joy to talk to with her upbeat personality but her focus on customer service is top notch. My daughter has already scheduled an appointment with her and I look forward to seeing her in the fall again.
I have been going here for probably 15 years. Heidi does an amazing job!

I went into the salon today for a hair cut, I worked with Heidi. I expressed what I normally do with my hair, how it tends to lay flat to my head if not properly styled (I wanted to just wear it for the rest of the day since it was 10 am)and we talked about the style I would like to have cut into my hair. I thought we were on the same page but we were not. She did not listen the way I thought she had. The cut itself is decent enough, but like I said, my hair LAYS FLAT. What does she do? Brushes it downward from the root... Then she styled it with the blow dryer so I looked like an old woman! I couldn't even get a good idea if I truly liked the cut because she made it flip outwards at the ends. I am fuming at this point. I didn't even make it out of my parking spot before calling. I didn't go back inside because I didn't want to make a scene infront of the other guests they had. But when I called I immediately got Heidi and tied to tell her that I was seriously unhappy and all I got was rebuttals. I did NOT call to have an argument! I wanted her to know that I did not feel that I was listened to completely and I didn't even get very far because she was just making me angrier by each of her next statements.

Emily has been my stylist for, I think, forever! She always does a fabulous job. It's such a warm, friendly place to be.
