I've been going to this specific location for over 3 years. Felt kinda lucky I could get a decent hair cut for around $15. I always got a pretty good cut! Then the manager changed. I was shuffled to 2 different stylists, both were substandard. The last one cut my hair, one side was quite a bit longer than the other! I didn't realize until about 10 days later, when one side wouldn't lay down. I've got wavy hair and it takes a little while for it to settle into a cut, most stylists know that. It was over a holiday weekend and I'd been busy, and didn't check out why my hair wouldn't lay down on that one side. When I stopped by and told them about it - I had to get the managers approval, it was over the 7 day window that I wasn't aware of. Was promised a return call that never came. When finally called this new manager she denied my request to even up the uneven cut!!! Like I wanted a free freakin hair cut?!? Screw them. Regular customers are the backbone of any business. No wonder there's no one ever in there.
Honestly hit or miss depending on who you get. Learn the name of the barber /hairdresser who does a good job and tip well, its a good way to ensure consistant service.
Great haircut, however my color came out wrong. They offered to redo it for free and I was fully satisfied.
Love all the ladies here, bright and bold. They know their craft.
