Some machines are fire damaged from a fire from years ago and at any given time 5-15 machines are not working.
Bathroom always locked, attendant not there the last two visit, Rabbit Hole will only let customers use there's .
I've left 2 voicemails (no reply), 4 notes at the laundromat (no reply) and even spoke to an employee trying to get my refund. I've heard absolutely nothing in return. It's worrying to think a business would give no way for customers to contact owners, the phone number they give never has anyone answer, and obviously nobody checking the voicemails.
Floors get professionally buffed monthly!
Came to this laundromat 2 months ago, change machine ate 10 dollars, no big deal, however....

Very bright and clean!
I would highly dissuade anybody from going here considering there is a far nicer laundromat with fantastic employees and owners about 100ft away (emerald laundry)
