I dropped off a dry clean-only comforter that I had taken to my previous cleaners in another town and it had always come back looking/smelling fresh and just like new. Having just moved to Eugene several months ago, I visited this place per the good reviews on Google and my comforter came back with pills all over it, rough, and scratchy. I suspect they just tossed it in a washer even though it is clearly dry clean-only. The texture is completely ruined and I can't use it. The woman working up front was also quite unfriendly and wouldn't look me in the eye when I thanked her as I dropped it off. Would not go here again.
They do a good job
I brought in a favorite jacket with what I thought was a broken zipper. Becky said 'oh this is not broken and in less than a minute she had it working again!' I am so grateful. Becky is an asset to you at Skopil's Cleaners. Thank you! :)
They do a nice job and they give decent customer service. They once made a mistake with my order but took care of it within 1 day.
My girlfriend had a couple pieces of ours done there. Went to pick up and it was $70.00. Then she noticed that a pair of her expensive jeans were ruined. After calling and being treated poorly she went back in and got ridiculed by the owner. He gave her the base price for her jeans back, took them, and still charged her for the service. I went in because i didn't think that was appropriate and explained to him what customer service looks like in a service based business (I own one). He gave me part of the service fee back and was just very rude and cold about it. I understand that things happen and people mess up, i just don't appreciate being treated poorly especially when i am paying for a service and they ruin my items.
I received Above and Beyond customer service from Becky yesterday.
