Room was clean and spacious. View was amazing. Hotel staff was professional and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Parking was clear and easy. Location was within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants.
I haven't stayed here yet, had to cancel reservation for a stay 11 days away. For some reason my reservation had a 14 day cancellation policy. What? 48-72 hours is standard so I was pretty annoyed. The staff at the hotel allowed me to cancel with no charge as I will reschedule my stay at another date. I'm impressed that they were willing to do so, and for that reason I will definitely stay there when I can reschedule my trip. Thanks to the Management that actually provided great customer service.
I really could not have asked for much more from our stay at the Hilton Eugene. It's downtown location is perfect - you basically have the best of the area right outside the hotel. If you're needing to visit the U of O, it's a relatively short distance away as well. The room was perfect for myself and my daughter (8), and we had more than enough space. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. Not really much to complain about.
The hotel is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. The location in downtown Eugene is a bit chaotic, with pot shops all around. And don't forget the 4:45am train that passes thru town a block or 2 away - horn blaring to wake you and let you know it was there.
We drove to Eugene to see Trevor Noah at the Hilton Center. The hotel is right next door to the venue so it is very convenient. It is a beautiful hotel with parking underneath in the basement. It is walking distance to some great eateries. There is quite a bit of noise at night, so I took advantage of the ear plugs they provide in the room.
