Very nice property. Was worried since it was downtown. That usually means difficult access and parking issues. Access was easy and clearly marked. Plenty of easy, accessible parking. Only issue I had was the front desk entrance isn't clearly marked and exits to a one way street. Staff was great. Room was exceptional. Was sad that I was only there overnight, it was that comfortable.
New building and well done. Friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable rooms. Actually had a really good breakfast bar downstairs. I'd stay here again for sure.
Nice quiet location. The softest sheets and towels of any hotel. A real refrigerator and stove. Other than the dancing bear in the room above mine, a very good stay.
Lovely place to stay. Modern, contemporary, full of energy. Front desk not super friendly like I would expect. Great breakfast. We stayed 4 nights here, and we were very pleased. No hottub tho in pool area
Very friendly front desk staff. I didn't get to try the breakfast since I needed to leave early everyday. I stay in Hilton-owned hotels quite a bit and normally don't have complaints, but: - There was a gap between the door to my room and the door frame, so I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway. This location allowed pets too so it was pretty noisy at times. I noticed other rooms appeared to have a gap in the door frame as well. - Very low-flow shower heads. They took a few minutes to heat up and even then weren't great to use. - During my stay, the main entrance was the only way in from the outside. My room key and digital key didn't work at any of the other exterior doors. So I had to use the very slow elevator every time to get upstairs.
