A old school motel reinvented. Nice, but small rooms that are better designed than you expect. Very nice breakfast buffet. Recently upgrades make it feel much nicer than you would think. Very close to everything downtown and affordable.
Nice room. I like the floors. No carpet. Yummy cider at the desk during happy hour.
Newly renovated rooms, clean everything, waffle maker, and tasteful room touches. Very happy with price vs. quality! Didn't get great wifi access from our room, but good service in lobby and they have beer on tap. No laundry room.

Whenever I'm in Eugene this is my first choice. Love the retro feel and the rooms are all updated and always clean and quiet. Great location with great eats and drink in walking distance.
