Will happily drop more money on a better product, service, and company by returning to locally owned pizzarias.
Always delicious and delivered quickly. App is easy to use and lets me know when the pizza is on the way. I don't normally write reviews, but I eat at Domino's all the time. I figured, there are so many crappy businesses out there, I'm glad they are one of the good ones.
Everytime I do an over the phone order the staff is super polite and helpful, delivery drivers are fast and also really nice!
This level of disservice goes beyond front-line employees. This is a manifestation of poor leadership and terrible business management.
(1 hour in, we call and get no apology, but they only advised the driver just left. 20 mins later, being handed my order with no apology or acknowledgement of their appalling service.)
Domino's on phone: "...ok, well that will be 25-35 mins."
She was jumping back and forth AND washing her hands! She was friendly and quick and made what she was doing look easy although I'd probably drop everything I was trying to do!!

As I waited for my to-go order, kids from the school down the road started showing up ... A LOT OF KIDS. The delivery drivers were out on deliveries and the one person working in the kitchen was also doing the register taking orders and making them!
Horrible food, forgot my soda... again. This time I was greeted with an immense amount of sass through delivery and over the phone NOT PLEASED.
