Get a U-haul!!!! staff is completely unhelpful, and rather rude, even the fine print on the contract online didn't say anything about the issues they would not work with us at all. first time renting refused to take back a car hauler that we no longer needed, then the truck breaks down in the middle of the night and we got absolutely NO be help from budget. Then we gave them a second chance and they would not even try to work with us for a payment from me for my son even after I called customer service and they said that a payment could be done it was the discretion of the rental place. Both times my family was moving out of state and it was too late to get another company, NEVER again will I use Budget!!! I will pay the extra to get someone more determined to help, it is true "you get what you pay for" they are cheaper but not worth it.
Never doing business with them again. We made a reservation a month in advance and the day before we were supposed to move they called us and told us they didn't have any trucks. They didn't apologize or try and find us something else. Find a truck some where else or you could be left in the dust like we were.
This place is horrible. Spare yourself the trouble. Trust me.
Had truck RESERVED for 3 weeeks and verifed 1 week out. Went to pick up, and NO truck!!! We had 20 people waiting to help is move and Budget never called us to tell us no truck! Nor would they call people who had the truck we were to use! Absolutley A MESS! Would perfer 0 stars!!! Offered no suggestions, on help no emathy. Horrible work ethics. NEVER USE THEM!!!
