On the whole, great specialty stores: sushi domo, a bra shop, great coffee/bakery. The yarn store is quite snooty and I would not recommend going there unless you enjoy being ignored/put off.
Excellent food options (we had sushi for lunch and then popped over to the delicatessen for some AMAZING dessert. other nice shops include interior design options. The parking here is limited, though street parking is available.

Nicely remodel shopping area. Not enough curbcuts but they will hopefully be updated. Looking forward to seeing what shops move in after the remodel is complete.
Sushi Domo may be the best Japanese restaurant in Eugene. Definitely worth the time and surely worth the price.
