They're knowledgeable and helpful, but maybe a little too persistent. Definatly bring coupons, though, as the prices are high. It's a great spot to try on sunglasses, then check them out online.
Ryan gave GREAT costumer service. The service made the place stand out and will keep me coming back
I have been in this store 4 times. I've bought 2 pairs of Sunglasses and talked to 4 different clerks in the process. Every single one of them have been young compared to my 65 years. They have all been upbeat, cheerful, helpful, patient and very courteous to explain a lot of questions I had about taking the leap from being a lifelong devotee to RayBay ( which are fine BTW). Actually enough questions to drive your average retail clerk crazy. However the first clerk without being pushy suggested I might like the Maui Jim's. That's why all the questions, because as a RayBan man, I have never found anything else that worked for me. I took a lot of time to decide by trying a lot of glasses on... the same one several times. The clerk and his colleagues later... could not have been any more patient. I would have driven me crazy. It turns out the clerks recommendation (which he didn't push again after simply suggesting I "might like these" put me in the most comfortable pair of glasses I've ever owned. I have to wear sunglasses for my light colored eyes and light skin... literally constantly, if outdoors. I dropped these new glasses on concrete, directly on the lens ( a small scratch dead center... still usable but huge disappointment. The damage was 100% my fault. I returned prepared to pay to order new lens. They gave them to me... because it was within 90 days. I was shocked. I said "really?" Another clerk said "yeah, no problem, we'll take care of you." So what do you think my reaction is? I will be a customer for life with these people. If I had bumped into them 4 decades sooner that would be more significant for them. lol I train customer service for corporations... so when I have an experience like this... I gladly share it to hopefully help businesses know the effect for their success this generates. I can't find these glasses even 10 dollars cheaper on Amazon, but even if they were 20 or 30 less, I would still stay with who I trust.
