First time ever eating Kowloon. It was beyond our expectations. Amazing food, well worth the money. The guy on the phone that took my order was amaxing, delivery was very timely, and the delivery driver was super nice! We DEFINITELY will be eating with y'all again!
Great 1st experience. I have been a lil put off of this place due to the reviews but since I work next door I finally gave in and tried it. Glad I did! The lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming. Seated us rt away. Our waiter was very polite and answered all our questions with a smile. Food came out fresh, hot and at a decent amount of time. Everything we ordered was delicious. Didn't have to ask for refills and never felt rushed to pay and leave. Def will be back.
Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 over a simple customer service issue. Firstly, Andy who was our bartender and server was phenomenal and attentive. We order the family dinner every single time and get drinks at the bar before we go. Tonight was no different but after getting home (East Springfield, mind you) we realized that we were given the Kowloon dinner instead which has shrimp (which neither of us eat). No big deal right? Just call for a partial refund or credit next time we're in. After talking to multiple people on the phone, they refused and said the only way to fix their mistake is to drive back and exchange it. Not too convenient since we live so far and I even suggested that they bring what we ordered on the next delivery that came out this way and that was shot down as well. After driving back in person to speak with the kitchen manager about a refund and return the wrong food, the only resolution we were offered was to take our 10 dollar tip away from Andy who served us so well. After explaining that we just wanted a refund for the wrong food and telling the kitchen manager that he is responsible, not Andy, he threatened to fire him in front of us. This is NOT how you conduct business. Simple economics: if we spend $60-$80 a month there, you loose approximate $1,700 over the course of 2 years over a petty $13.
Not far from the science hall and U of O campus. Excellent food, very tasteful, well made mixed drinks too. And a great price, wonderful customer service. Well worth the stop. Check it out!!
The food is delicious and they serve more than you can eat. The staff is amazing. The waiter, Samson, went above and beyond with serving our family. Even the lady cleaning tables was friendly. The view of the river really makes it a beautiful place to dine and the service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
