Had an awesome time. Got a couple drinks. Bar tender was nice & friendly. Had a pretty cool selection of games. Had fun with Space Invader Frenzy on this giant screen with guns. They had so many kinds of pinball. I had to play the Game of Thrones themed one. Lots of other fun games. Seemed lile a good place to go out.
This is the best retro arcade I've ever been to. And you can bring your kids till 9. Super nice staff and patrons. Going back today hopefully
Level Up has a great atmosphere to hang out in and grab a drink or play some games. They have everything from very old school arcade games to brand new versions. I like to shoot pool there and play a bunch of pinball. Their tap is pretty good too and there's a lot of seating.
I would not recommend trying to have an event here. When calling to make a reservation and give notice for an event I had to leave multiple voicemails and hope that the my calls to be returned by the date of my event. When the date of my event rolled around I showed up to Level Up hoping there would not be an issue since I never had my calls returned. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. When I arrived there was a sign posted on the door saying the place was reserved and would be closed for the day during my event. I received no call and no notice that I would be unable to have this event that I had been planning. When I contacted LevelUp, I spoke with Josh one of the owners who informed me that they must have not checked their voicemail in over a week. I am very disappointed and now forced to try to have my event somewhere else last minute because of the complete lack of communication.
Had a couple people recommend this spot so I came here for my birthday with a few friends. Really surprised at how bad the service was from the moment we got there. Bartenders seemed tired and worn out, and the bouncer didn't even say a word to us even though we tried to be friendly and ask how his night was going. On top of that, the bouncer was really weird toward us throughout the night and wouldn't say a word to any of us; both when we came, and when we left. He watched us having a smoke before we left and continued intently watching us we got our bikes and left. No one in our party was difficult or unruly, and we even tried to be friendly to both the bartenders and the bouncer. We just came to celebrate my birthday and play some pool at a sweet video game bar we'd heard about. Only been here once, but after that experience I'm not planning on coming back anytime soon.
