There is always an employee nearby to talk to, but they do not actively engage you on a regular basis. Their service quality is sporadic, but it's impeccable when you are able to get someone helpful. Their clearance sections are oftentimes still marked up pretty high, but there are good deals if you're willing to spend the time searching.
Nice store but..Terrible wait times! I noticed last few years they’ve decreased the amount of cashiers and the waiting has gotten worse!
Good competitive prices, some truly great sales. The employees are helpful, and the selection of clothes and jewelry is very good. And they've got Sephora!
The customer service is excellent, although sporadic at times. I was quickly able to find the right Hawaiian clothing that I needed with the help of one of their employees when pushed for time.
