I've had work done by Bear Mountain Electric twice. As far as I can tell, the work was done well both times. However, it seemed a bit overpriced to me both times. And more importantly, I scheduled work to be done in the morning (between 8 and 12), and the electrician didn't arrive until 12:30, and needed to stay for several hours. And they weren't particularly communicative or apologetic about the delay.
The rates are reasonable and the service is always prompt and efficient! They send someone out within a few days at the very most and usually the same day with no extra charge. All of the technicians are very professional and good at their job. And they do free estimates for bigger projects. I would highly recommend Bear Mountain Electric for all of your electrical needs.
wanted to come out and just do the work without me knowing how much it was going to be. They also said the person that comes out to do the work would not be able to tell me how much it would be, that they would just invoice me for the work? When i said i wanted to know first they sent someone out the next day. He quoted me the job would take a little over 2 hours plus parts, $300-350. The next day they came back and did the work, the gentleman was only there about 50 mins and there were very 1few parts used, maybe a total of $40. When I called the next day to inquire about it only taking 50 mins and if that was going to be reflected in my bill they said they were actually charging my 100 for coming out to do the quote? They did finally credit me 90 for the quote. I know who I won't be using info the future.
