They should put in their website that certain items are sold out even if it says they are in stock and you should call first to find out.

I was able to order my battery with the help of a phone call to the Corvallis store. I had an immediate need and was able to pick up at Eugene store the next day. The customer service in Eugene was very helpful.
I appreciate the ability to have an online appointment, but was surprised to be told to come back in 90 minutes. I found other errands to do, but assumed that the appointment process was intended to avoid that extra step.
The website said my choice of 9V Lithium batteries were in stock, so I placed the order an order for four of them. Soon after I received a message saying they were currently out of stock but were expecting a shipment that day and they would be ready to go the following day. I was also told I would receive a phone call or email when my order was ready. Never received either the call or email -- and when I finally called to make sure they were ready, the first thing out of his mouth was, "Did you receive a phone call or email?"
