They do have great products. Living an alternative lifestyle for the last 40 years, I was excited when they opened. Been disappointed by customer service just about every time: a few summers ago I ordered non-toxic paint from them. It didn't come as promised 4 times over a two week period. Each time I had to call them. At the end of that, they still couldn't promise when it would be in. Meanwhile, my painter left for vacation, everyone else was booked by that time, so I ended up painting (exterior) of whole house myself & just bought paint from Forrest. Also was stuck with $80 worth of Yolo trim paint, as it didn't match what I ended up having to buy. Bought a $11. caulk gun which was hard to use & metal broke after 3 uses. Recently tried again for a rather large purchase and got lousy service over the phone.
