NOT Transgender friendly! The receptionist is rude to trans women! Stares you up and down. Was friendly to all other people but me. Do not recommend trans women go here for any reason.
The person that answered the phone was very rude, very unhelpful, seemed unconcerned and uninterested in helping our family. There is also a 6 to 12 month waiting list. I find it very difficult to believe that time can't be managed better than that to be able to help more kids.
