Martha Reilly is an amazing Dr, she always listens to what you tell her is wrong, and she treats you with respect and explains things very throughly so you understand. She also delivered my baby even though it was her day off and I requested that I only wanted it done by her and she came in and delivered my baby. She's simply amazing!!
Dr. McCarthy is amazing. She listens to everything, and responds well. Never sounding judgemental or like she is tired of even the simplest questions. She takes her time, and has never acted rushed or behind. Truly a wonderful doctor! I instantly felt like she truly cared about my baby and me from the first appointment on. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for an OB/Gyn.
I saw Dr. Monji with my first pregnancy. She is so wonderful and came in to deliver my son on her day off. She genuinely cares and is always patient and takes the time to listen to and answer questions. Now that om having my second, I'm happy to see her again, she's been just as great the second time around! My nurse is also such a sweet lady. My mom was the one to recomend her to me as she showed her the same greag care on the last of her three pregnancies after hee original OB/GYN retired. I've also seen Dr. Gill when she was out one week and he was just as informative and friendly.
This irresponsible and negligent "doctor" refused to fill our birth control prescription. We had to re-schedule our yearly exam, which the AMA and other medical organizations in the US have said should have NO EFFECT on prescribing birth control, and this "doctor" didn't refill our prescription on time. After three requests for a nurse to reach us in one day, we heard back from her office the following day. They simply said that they would get us a prescription in the next few days, which everyone who knows how birth control works knows is not an effective form of protection. In short, only go to this doctor if you want someone who only cares about packing in patients for counter-indicated exams, and who won't be there for you in your moment of need.
I'm grateful that this doctors office accepts my insurance. However, I don't like coming in due to the fact that Dr. Mertz likes to be quick and doesn't take the time to really hear out what you have to say. The staff expects you to know certain kinds of terminology and it can make you feel frustrated when they aren't clear or understanding. Hoping to go to a fertility specialist soon since I haven't been able to get much help in 6 years to become pregnant. Very frustrating
