Terrible storage facility! They moved me to Portland 7 years ago and moved and packed extra furniture in two pods in their "climate controlled" storage warehouse. Over the years the billing and communication has been erratic. Many times no one answering the phones, new person doing billing and record keeping constantly, billing errors..... When I was at point that I was moving and wanted my storage contents, I was told over three months that I needed to give many days notice, couldn't come on the weekend, and they just didn't have enough staff to get to my two pods. Finally just said I was coming. When the pods were opened I discovered that they had not packed my expensive leather sofa and loveseat correctly. Piled everything on top of the sofa and stored the love seat upside down on top of the sofa - no moving blankets on them or between them so there was no moisture barrier. Both pieces of leather furniture were covered with a white mold or mildew where the pieces had been placed on top of each other. Company refused to take responsibility for their packing error and paid me $90 (60 cents a pound determined by them) for the damage. Tried to clean it up with water - seats are discolored and ruined. Stay away!!!

When the shipment was delivered they arrived on time and delivered without incident. Over all extremely happy with the whole process from beginning to end!
My shipment went into storage for a few months, and there rates for climate controlled storage was very reasonable.
As a recent employee. I worked hard only to feel like this companies mangement only cares about themselves.They dont pay thier drivers or new employees fair. I worked there 2.5 years to observe mistreatment of my fellow employees. The owner has no respect, calling us his bitches. His longest running employee, stating all he deserves is a paycheck not the respect or his back pay for overtime for many years. He stated to me he wishes he was taken care of fairly. I started their only to hear you don't get any over time pay until your 80 hours in two weeks. I worked many 60 hour work weeks there not to get my deserved overtime. They would say well prove it. Then they got sued by a previous driver/mechanic for not paying fair wages on overtime.
I was pleased with the moving crew, who showed up in uniforms. They took extra care pad wrapping all my furniture and loaded the truck quickly and efficiently.
Bate and Switch Company - They quote one price to get the business and then when they are done moving, they ratchet up the price. I have place numerous calls to the person that gave us the quote and no response. Go with another company or assume the price will be 30% higher that you are stuck paying. Liars and not the way to run a business.
