Rented a truck, ran a load to the dump and the truck won't start. Tried to call the place but they just wanted to transfer me to a call center. Stuck at the dump during the hottest part of the day for an hour before I got through to a person. Apparently there is a trick to getting these old trucks started. Wish the guy on West 7th woulda just told me that.
Helpful staff. Had issues with the tow ball on the truck, he squared it away right quick. Excellent service!
Excellent customer service and the process was fast. I was in and out when I rented to the truck and when I dropped it off. I recommend this Uhaul location.
I have rented from this business other times with acceptable results, but this time was disappointed to see that this young agent obviously had no interest in providing polite customer service!

The lone male agent at the counter was unbelievably rude and unprofessional! This happened after using the online check in procedure for a local truck and I went inside to the counter to offer the keys as the final step of the check in. The counter agent spent considerable time making it clear to all that he did not appreciate me offering the keys to him while he was helping a customer! I quickly asked where the drop box was located, he stared at me for several seconds, then ordered me to get in line behind the customers. I said "OK" and exited to find the drop box myself.
