Although this is a very pleasant place, as of October 2 my child can no longer participate. A new rule goes into effect Oct 2 that makes it that children under 46 inches can no longer participate except during todler time which is only 2 days a week during school hours. Being my child attends school therefore has no chance to do her favorite thing with her father. If this rule is removed I would be happy to up my rating to 4 stars due to reasonable pricing, clean facilities, and rather friendly staff.

I was disappointed to find out about the new rule on the height to jump on the main floor. Granted, I understand it's for safety reasons, however try telling that to a three year old that has been jumping out on the main area for a year. Total melt down. Perhaps the new ownership should have thought about this and made a rule of parental supervision, or jump at your own risk with children under 46". To have the place open for so long, with the same rules, then change it out of the blue, was not the brightest buisness move. The staff was very kind about it, though I may have been a bit irritated, they handled themselves with professionalism. Very disappointed by Get Air.
My kids had an absolute blast! Great idea. All kiddos asleep in the car on the way home
Tons of fun for the entire family, they even have party rooms for birthdays and whatnot, be prepared to be fully exhausted if you jump..lol
