Annoying but whatever, I'm fine with picking it up, but guess what, the area where it tells you what address your package will be waiting at is completely empty. Everything I looked up online said to go to the address on the door tag, yet I have no address listed!

So all in one package delivery, they lied and said they came by two previous times which they did not, they didn't knock the one time they actually came by, and they didn't put the address I can pick it up at on the door tag - it's just blank (which I couldn't even deduce because there's like 10 different UPS places in Eugene).

Worst ever. The US Postal service is better. The 800 number you call is staffed by people who can't speak English and worse they give you directions to stores that aren't even open.

Ups here in eugene is the worst delivery company ive ever come across. I have had nothing but problems with them. And since i filed a complaint my service has gotten much worse. They will not leave my packages at all anymore and sometimes will not show up at all and say they did. For example they left a note saying i needed to sign for my package that is not signature required package. I signed the notice and the next day i tracked the package and it said they attempted to deliver again but it needed a signature. I signed the tag they left and they did not take it nor leave a new slip which tells me they didnt even show up and just and put a unable to deliver status on it. I have no clue what to do from here unfortunately people i order from ship with ups. I have no problems whatsoever with FedEx or the post office just UPS ive complained numerous times with no solution in fact since i have complained my service has gotten far worse..HELP ME!!

Our normal delivery guy is amazing. I can only assume that it wasn't him this time around. This was a business drop off and they attempted deliver over an hour before opening and the packages are clearly marked with operation hours. The customer service line is a joke- hard to understand and was given very limited options. Once someone local got a hold of me i requested that another delivery attempt be made and was told they would attempt another drop off. The driver never came and now I have time-sensitive product locked in a warehouse until Monday because they have no weekend hours and no way of contacting anyone locally after they screwed up the delivery.

Was waiting on a very important package (birth certificate needed to start new employment). My mother informed me it would arrive on Monday. On Monday I made sure to wait downstairs near the door without the tv or a/c on (which was very boring and hot) to make sure I did not miss it. Got to be 5 PM and I left to do errands, and what do you know, there's a door tag on the door as I leave. Worst of all it says it's the final delivery attempt! So I track the package and it said they tried to deliver on the Thursday and Friday prior, which is not true in the least, I was home both days, no knocks and no door tags until this last one.

Oh and lastly there is an issue with the "recieving name" so not sure I'll even be able to pick it up now as it does not match my ID, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one, as I can't prove if it's them or the sender that messed it up, although considering the rest of this experience with them, nothing would surprise me.
